These terms cover your use of beardogdev.ca (the “site”), operated by BearDogDev Technologies Inc. (“we”, “us”), a corporation incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. By using the site you agree to them.

The site’s content

The text, images, software and designs on the site, and the names BearDogDev and PocketCAD with their logos and icons, belong to us or our licensors. You’re welcome to read, link to and share the site. Please don’t copy, modify or republish its content without our permission, except as the law allows.

Our apps

The site describes our products; it doesn’t license them. When PocketCAD is available, your use of it will be governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless we provide our own terms on the App Store.

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is”. Product details, availability and dates may change. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site and aren’t liable for losses arising from its use.

Links

The site may link to other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
